Sarah Cain, LPCC-S

My name is Sarah Cain and I am a Licenced Independent Clinical Counselor with a Supervision Designation. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. I have experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults. I use various types of cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you learn how to change negative thought and behavior patterns. I am a practical and holistic therapist, focusing on solutions and skill-building, and use evidence-based interventions.

In addition to working with a diverse range of clients, I have an extensive history working with children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, and their families with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, educational interventions, and ADHD related issues. I also specialize in individual counseling for adults with areas of focus including depression, postpartum depression, working with young or new mothers, pregnancy loss, anxiety, spiritual concerns, and women’s issues. Additionally, I  work with those struggling with addiction, including those with legal challenges as a result of that addiction. I am passionate about seeing transformational and holistic change and believe that it starts by taking small steps on a regular basis.
