Call Our Office 5 Days a Week
Our knowledgeable and friendly Intake Team are in the office Monday-Fridays at (330) 723-7977, Option 1, to take your call. An Avenues Intake staff member will ask you questions about your concerns, your preferences, your insurance and your schedule, and will work to match you with an appropriate counselor. Because we are dealing with a higher than usual call volume, please allow 24-48 business hours for a return call. In your message, please let us know if there is a time during the business day that you are more easily reachable, and we will do our best to call you during that window.
For Teletherapy appointments, the Intake staff will also send you two emails, one to set up your patient portal account with instructions to download the Breeze App for check-in and self-service on your phone. The second email will include the individualized link to your clinician’s virtual waiting room, where you will go to begin your Teletherapy appointment. If you need other options, such as in-person appointments, or phone sessions, please discuss this with Intake.
