Erin Stretar, MSW, LISW-S, CPTT

My name is Erin Stretar and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision designation. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I have over 14 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, and groups. With compassion and kindness, I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you explore thoughts and core beliefs that keep you stuck and teach you the necessary skills that will help you through whatever life has brought your way.

While I have worked with a variety of clients and concerns, I especially enjoy helping people with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image or self-esteem concerns, self-harm behavior, adolescents, and young adults, assisting those in life transitions and stress management. I can offer Christian/Spiritual based therapy to any client who requests it. I am also a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) specializing in treating partners who have experienced sexual betrayal through their partner’s sex or pornography addiction, affairs, or other sexually compulsive behavior. No one is immune to life’s difficulties and it is my honor to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing, wholeness, and fulfillment as we work together to help you find and create the best version of yourself.
