Biography

Judith A. Jankowski, LPCC-S, LICDC, ATR-BC, CHT has a Master of Arts in Art Therapy Counseling from Ursuline College.  She is a Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Judith also is an adjunct professor for Ursuline College, helping to supervise clinical students.  Judith has spent the last 10 years working in community mental health which focused on treating chemical dependency and mental health issues. She worked primarily in residential counseling and then a year in outpatient therapy. She has been working in private practice since March of 2016. Judith not only treats individuals, but offers groups for women and teens.

She has a passion for helping to heal the whole individual with both traditional and non-traditional therapies which include art therapy, hypnotherapy, meditation, mindfulness and reiki.  Her specialty of integrating creative and holistic therapies with verbal therapy has helped to treat people with addiction, trauma, grief, PTSD and other mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Judith utilizes several theories of counseling to include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, gestalt and client centered.
