Robert (Bob) Howe, M.A., LPCC-S


Robert (Bob) Howe LPCC-S graduated from Walsh University with a Masters degree in Counseling and Human and Human Development. He has extensive experience working with high-risk adolescent boys in residential and correctional settings as well as counseling children, adolescents, adults, and families in community mental health, residential, and outpatient settings.  His primary areas of interest include working with youth and families to cope with various traumas (neglect, as well as emotional, physical and sexual abuse); successfully dealing with sexual behavior problems before they become legal issues; addictions; compulsive behaviors; substance abuse and dependence; and the role of spirituality in healing. He has specific training in Trauma Focused CBT and in the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) philosophy and approach to treatment.
